Amy R. Menard, Esq.
Direct: (802) 352-0997
Amy practices in Vermont and Alaska and has 30 years of experience representing clients in all types of litigation in the state and federal courts in Vermont and Alaska. Over time, she has come to specialize her litigation practice to focus on trust and estate matters. Amy also has substantial experience in employment and workplace investigations and she often works as an independent attorney investigator into workplace-related legal claims.
In addition to litigation and investigations, for her Vermont clients, Amy crafts custom estate plans for clients which may include a range of issues, such as pre-nuptial planning, post-nuptial agreements, guardianship proceedings, special needs trusts, and long-term care planning. Amy also commonly serves as an Administrator in probate estates and as a Trustee where client needs are best met by her serving in those roles.
When not practicing law, Amy’s key principles for greater well-being are: cut your own firewood, avoid the company of devices with screens, and seek consolation in the quiet of wild places.
