Putnam & Menard, PLC helps clients accomplish everyday transactions, such as creating a comprehensive estate plan, buying or selling a home, and supporting an aging family member with their legal needs. We also have the depth of experience and expertise to handle complex matters such as business acquisitions and sales, land use and permitting matters, community governance issues, disputes relating to trusts and probate estates, and general litigation.
All our lawyers and staff are natives of Vermont and reside in Addison and Rutland counties. Our lawyers serve in civic leadership positions, including town planning and zoning boards, non-profits, schools and youth sporting activities, and service organizations in our local communities.
