We practice in all of Vermont’s civil, probate and environmental courts, and before the Vermont Supreme Court.  We also represent clients in federal court and appear before local government and state administrative tribunals.

Amy frequently assists in more complicated litigation matters, always remaining a cheerful resource to tackle whatever needs to be done, whether it is teaching someone at the firm how to use new technology or delivering important transactional documents to a remote location on her drive home.

    Patricia has worked as a paralegal in Vermont and New York for over 25 years and at Putnam & Menard, PLC for almost seven years. She focuses on residential real estate purchases, as well as transactions involving open land, farms, and forestry operations. She is also a skilled title searcher who is well-versed in researching land records. Patricia has deep experience in real estate purchases, sales, refinances, and other conveyances of title and land rights. Her good humor is always a key part of the firm’s success.
